Agnes is currently director of Seedset Sdn Bhd, a boutique M&A and transaction services firm, and director or Adansys Consulting Sdn Bhd, a SAP staffing company. Agnes had successfully completed a few M&A projects in Malaysia and Singapore. A notable project that she completed closing a transaction of a global PE into a Malaysian based Merchant Acquirer. Her core strength is project management, finance transformation, accounting and finance, due diligence, business process re-engineering, operation management, digitalization, GRC, SOX 404, internal controls, and segregation of duties.
Her past experience includes project manager of global and regional scale projects, leading SAP security and GRC service in global 500 pharmaceutical company and etc. She is exposed to industries such as pharma, manufacturing, telco, refinery, oil and gas, insurance and etc. She implemented global and regional scale projects such as SAP finance transformation, SAP internal audit program design, India GST, SAP Plant Maintenance, Concur Travel and Expense, SAP SuccessFactor AMS, automate internal control monitoring with SAP GRC, automate SOX IT management testing, segregation of duties (SOD) with SAP GRC AC and etc.
